Traditionally, the axle hole in the limb-tip has effectively cut the limb strength in half, since all the draw forces are effectively applied to the bottom edge of this hole. ETI solves the problem with a lightweight aluminum bolt that redistributes these forces up and across the entire limb-tip surface, doubling the strength of the limb.
